Reasonable base for exploring Hong Kong. Exceptionally comfortable and quaint hotel with pretty nice facilities and VERY WELCOMING employees on check-out. Location short walk to the metro, and Mong Kok metro station and 3 more stops. Also, to airport at night.

I loved the hotel's location, just a short walk away from the MTR station. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and had a great city view. The hotel facilities were nice, and the wifi was fast and reliable.

i really enjoyd staying here even the htl is quite small but bcause of the shuttle bus provided by the hotel make me easier to go to the place i want instead of walking or using taxi..taxi was expensive cz first timw i arrvd the driver chrged me 25dolar even the hotel is jz around the corner n the taxi meter showed only 20dolar.. tips:if u used airpot express from airpot during ur arrival..it will b easier to go to hotel if u used silka shuttle bus at the kowloon station..u may ask information cnter for the exact place to wait for the bus

Great value for money and free shuttle bus service to the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the MTR station and local restaurants. The room had a great view of the city that we enjoyed from the window.

Our bed was uncomfortable and had a strange smell. The staff was impolite and seemed frustrated when we asked for assistance.

Only ONE key-card provided to each room, no matter how many person staying in room. When we asked for one more card, they were unable to provide but asked us to leave the card with reception. I find that very inconvenient. Room is very small. Bathroom shower area is very tight. If you are claustrophobic, I would not recommend this hotel.
